Important Notice: Please follow the given instruction carefully before going to the online application process. //


This is our online admission portal, follow the steps to complete the Online process.

Step 1: Mobile No. verification => Step 2: Online Application money payment => Step 3: Application Form Fill up => Step 4: Photo and Signature Upload.
Step 1: Mobile No. Verification:
i. First you have to go for mobile no. verification, your mobile no. will be verified through an OTP(one time password).
ii. Click on “Mobile Number verification” tab and then enter your Mobile No. and click on “Get OTP”.
iii. After click on “Get OTP” button a pop-up window will show ( You will get an otp shortly) and a new window will open where you have to enter your OTP . After entering your OTP , click on “Get verified” button. If your mobile number is verified successfully , then go for Online Payment.
Step 2: Application Money Payment:
i. Click on “Application money payment”. Then “State Bank Collect ”page will open.
ii. Select “West Bengal” for State of corporate/Institution and select “Educational Institute” for type of corporate/Institution. Click on “Go” button.
iii. Select “AL AMEEN MISSION TRUST” for educational institute name and click on “Submit” button.
iv. Select “Application money for Class-XI” or “Application money for Class-V-IX” for payment category then a form will open.
v. You must fill up the form by giving all correct information and click on “submit” button.Then a confirmation page will open, if you want to Confirm then click on “confirm” button.
vi. After Click on “Confirm” button a payment making page will open and many types of payment option will be available like net banking, SBI debit card, others bank debit card etc...Chose any of them.
vii. After making your payment you must take a print out of the e-receipt and there will be a payment reference number which will be required in the application form and the e-receipt copy must be carried along with to the exam hall. Sample e-receipt copy shown below.

viii. Application Money - Rs.300 (Excluding Bank Charges) for English Medium Students ( Class: V-IX ) and Rs. 200 (Excluding Bank Charges) for Bengali Medium Studens( Class: XI )
Step 3: Application Form:
i. You can fill up only two forms by a single verified Mobile number.
ii. Click on “Application Form”, then application form will be open.
iii. You must fill up the form by giving all correct information . Sample form shown below.

iv. After submitting your form, if the form is successfully saved then a confirmation message page will open and you will get some information and Enrollment no. which will be required at the time of photo Uploading and admit card downloading. You have to take a print out of this. Sample enrolment copy shown below.

Step 4: Photo and Signature Upload:
i. Click on “Photo & Signature upload” a single window will open and show both option.
ii. Photo and signature both should be in image (png or jpg) format.
iii. You must enter your enrolment no. when you will upload the photo and signature.
iv. Finally Print "Application Form". Sample shown below.
